          A new astrophysical S-factor of B-11(p,alpha(0))Be-8 reaction at sub-Coulomb energies was extracted through reanalyzing the experimental data obtained with Trojan Horse Method (THM) reported by Spitaleri et al. and Lamia et al. Based on this S-factor, three sets of direct experimental data in sub-Coulomb energy region were refitted to obtain the screening energy (Us) provided by surrounding charges. The result showed that Us=360±130 eV, which was more consistent with the prediction value (340 eV) from adiabatic limit theory compared with the result (472±160 eV) reported by Lamia et al.
